Laurence Fishburne has functioning himself in a broad range of notable franchise films over the years, ranging from The Matrix to Predators. That said, he's in addition to no stranger to the world of comic photo album movies, later Ant-Man and The Wasp standing out as his latest foray into the subgenre. before he entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe, however, he was a zealot of the DCEU as The Daily Planet's Perry White, but now it seems that Fishburne doesn't know if there's a future for him in that world post-Justice League. In a recent interview, Fishburne talked practically the DC superhero team-up movie and what he thinks is going on later his character, noting,
I don't think I'm nevertheless on call. I was sadly unable to go reach some feint on what turned out to be the Justice League movie. I don't know that I habit to go back or if they'll have me back or not, but I was grateful to have been a part of it. I loved functioning later Zack, I think he makes an amazing superhero movie. I'm just fired up to be a part of [Ant-Man] now.
As fans will recall, Laurence Fishburne was an integral part of the DCEU in its first two installments. He debuted as Perry White in Man of Steel as Lois Lane's tough-but-fair boss at The Daily Planet, and he reprised that role later more in Batman v Superman: initiation of Justice. However, Fishburne was nowhere to be found in Justice League (even though The Planet did feature in that particular story) and now the actor seems to think that his times as a zealot of the DC elongated Universe has arrive to an end. He doesn't air compelled to go back (though he admittedly did love functioning later Zack Snyder), and he doesn't think the folks at DC have him "on call."
Of course, though Laurence Fishburne has truly jumped boat to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2018, he doesn't seem to port any sick will towards his previous comic photo album movie home. In fact, he noted that he's a longtime lover of the Marvel lore and the DC lore, and he's happy to be one of those actors who has had a unplanned to be part of both worlds.
With every of that said, Laurence Fishburne's observations practically Perry White and the DCEU continue to feed into the overarching conversation practically a potential second Man of Steel. Elsewhere in the actor's observations to Den of Geek, he noted that he has nevertheless to hear anything practically the a follow-up to the 2013 stock movie. We have heard on-and-off rumors practically that particular project for quite some time, but from Laurence Fishburne's perspective, it at least sounds later his iteration of Perry White isn't functioning at this time.
For now, you can currently catch Laurence Fishburne in Ant-Man and The Wasp, which is now in theaters. If you are looking for more information practically the film, next check out our in-depth review, or allow us know your own thoughts practically the movie here.

It also helps to throw in a little bit of humor here and there. But the real reason may come down to the late, great Andy Griffith. Mr. Griffith was able to take a character that could have been just another Perry Mason and make it all his own.
