I think Michael Shannon is one of America's greatest living actors, and having finally seen "The Shape of Water", his performance made me think he'd make a fantastic villain for Bond 25- he is physically imposing, he can act menacing, but always brings either a manic or droll sense of sinister humour to whatever role he plays (a broad spectrum from Premium Rush to The Shape of Water)
